We currently ship products anywhere within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on a Monday (when the clinic is closed) or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 3-7 business days, depending on your delivery location and courier serviceability. These are estimated timelines and not guaranteed delivery dates; actual delivery may occasionally take longer due to courier delays, weather, regional restrictions or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your delivery pincode, order weight and the courier rate available at that time. The exact shipping charge for your order is shown on the cart and checkout pages before you complete payment, so you always know the final amount in advance.

5. Order Tracking

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us using the details below so we can investigate with the courier partner.

If a package arrives visibly damaged, please do not accept delivery if possible, or note the damage with the courier at the time of delivery and contact us within 48 hours so we can assist under our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
